ISGS receives software grant from IHS Markit
IHS Markit has awarded the ISGS and the University of Illinois Department of Geology a one-year software grant, valued at more than $1 million, for use in teaching and research. The software will allow students and staff to apply geologic and geophysical tools for subsurface analysis in Carbon Capture Utilization Storage, Energy Storage, and Petroleum Geology.
